Our Story
I'm Dan, and I built Voyager MSP because I've lived every pain point it solves.
I've spent nearly two decades in the MSP trenches. I built an MSP from scratch, scaled it, and eventually sold it. I know what it's like to chase recurring revenue while drowning in operational chaos. I know the 2am panic when a client's server goes down. And I definitely know the quiet frustration of watching deals stall because quoting takes too long.
The quoting problem always bothered me the most. Every MSP faces it: a prospect asks for a managed services quote, and suddenly you're buried in spreadsheets, hunting for pricing tiers, and manually calculating margins. By the time you send the proposal, the momentum is gone. Or worse — you've left money on the table because you couldn't model the deal properly.
I tried the tools out there. QuoteWerks, Quoter, ConnectWise CPQ, the usual suspects. They work — but they feel like they were built a decade ago and never evolved. Clunky interfaces, endless clicking through configuration wizards, manual lookups for every line item. The process was almost as painful as the spreadsheets I was trying to escape.
I kept thinking: we're in 2025. We have AI that can write code, generate images, hold conversations. Why am I still clicking through dropdown menus to build a quote? That's when I decided to build something different.
The vision was clear: what if you could describe a deal in plain English and get a professional quote in seconds?
Not another spreadsheet. Not another clunky configurator. Just natural conversation with an AI that understands MSP pricing models, margin targets, and service bundles. Type "quote 50 users on our gold plan with backup and security add-ons" and watch it assemble a polished proposal with accurate costing.
We're building the fastest path from conversation to closed deal. For MSP owners who'd rather spend time growing their business than wrestling with quote templates. For sales teams who need to respond while the opportunity is hot.
For MSP owners. Built by an MSP owner.
